We don't offer returns or exchanges since food is not resellable, so please consider your purchases carefully before finalizing your order.  You can email us at customerservice@organicnectars.com or call 845.246.0506 if you have any questions in advance of an order.  All damages and order errors must be reported within 24 hours of receipt by calling 845.246.0506 or emailing customerservice@organicnectars.com.  Please be sure to include your full name, email address, tel number, item name and size of damaged item, photo of the damage and date order was received.  Someone will reply back to you to arrange a replacement or refund.  Thank you for your cooperation!
